Getting started
It all starts with a personal consultation with Christen Barrs, our Master Extension Artist. During this session, we'll dive into your hair goals and create a tailored plan for your transformation.

Consult
Once you have developed a plan with Christen, you will need to pay the deposit for your extension hair. Once this deposit is received, you can book your installation appointment.

Please read through our policies here to review the complete list of policies prior to your first appointment. A credit card is required on file to secure your appointment.
Appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the expected cost to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will result in a charge equal to the amount of the scheduled service (100%) to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment may not be able to receive the full service, may have to reschedule, or, at the stylist's discretion, may be considered a no-show. If any service is provided, the Client agrees to be charged for the entire amount of time booked, regardless of the time of their arrival and the services received.
There are no returns or refunds for services performed.

You will be sent home with a care package and instructions to maintain your extensions. You will have the choice to continue to see Christen for maintenances or to work with one of our capable artists to maintain your new locks.
