What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed stylists (Maryland cosmetology license required).

  • Passionate about hair extensions and a desire to grow professionally.

Program Details:

  • Training Period: Intensive 1-2 year program tailored to develop mastery in extensions.

  • Compensation During Training: $15/hour for assisting services, with commission opportunities for client services (color, cut, and styling).

  • Employment Commitment: 2-3 years at Good Hair Collective post-training.

  • Career Growth Opportunities: Advance to "Master Extension Artist" with continuing education, including Mesh Integration training.
